The #RideTheWave team combine classic coaching models and techniques, with fresh new models to support Coaches to be agile, impactful and successful. The SURF Model© and Five-Minute Flushout © are just a few of the many fresh new coaching tools that have been developed by the #RideTheWave’s Co-Founders, Lucy Mullins and Sonya Shellard, who are both experienced executive coaches and leaders. You will have access to all of the tools and many more in the #RideTheWave Surfers Toolkit

The programme fee includes the live workshops and professional development coaching, all learning materials, student membership of the Association for Coaching, accreditation support and the required professional coaching supervision to gain foundation executive coaching accreditation.
The programme fee does not include the membership and accreditation fee payable directly to the Association for Coaching for your personal accreditation.
