Coach TraceyWith over 20 years’ experience of supporting organisations develop their people, culture and performance, I’ve witnessed time and time again, the transformational impact of coaching. It’s like the magic dust which helps people and teams unlock creative thinking, overcome challenging relationships, build confidence and achieve their best results.
Lasting change isn’t something that happens to us but evolves from within us, through increased self-awareness and understanding of the impact of our own behaviours and actions on both ourselves and others. My role as a coach is to provide the space and time for you to explore what might be holding you back and gain greater clarity around what change you want to create and how. I like to use a range of coaching techniques, but the magic often comes from simply listening and asking the right questions to help you uncover your values, motivations and strengths to achieve your goals. We’re more resourceful and courageous than we sometimes believe and my strong supportive but also challenging style I hope will help you access this. I’ve personally benefited enormously throughout my career from coaching and so I’m really passionate about supporting others build their confidence and fulfil their potential. We all have times when we’d like to have more clarity or feel more confident – as a juggling parent, moving into a new job, launching a new idea. Investing some time in coaching can help you navigate these challenges with more ease and give you a renewed confidence in all areas of your life. |
