Coach Thomas

I feel very privileged and grateful to have acquired many skills, experience and knowledge from 20 years of running my businesses.  Over the last five years I have combined coaching and mentoring alongside my professional life in the Dental industry and, more recently, in the Corporate Events industry.

I enjoy my role as a coach in providing a space and environment to provide reflection through honesty. integrity and trust, bringing a level of focus which helps others rediscover their passion and meaning.

One area in which I have a particular interest is the area of Wellbeing and I have been very fortunate to have worked closely with some wonderful and uplifting individuals.  My work in this subject has taught me that, even though we all have a different story, our solutions are all unique and achievable.

It is my belief that with the acquired knowledge, awareness and understanding we are braver and stronger than we think, more talented than we know and capable of more than we imagine.
