I have worked in the fitness industry for over 14 years, motivating and challenging a wealth of clients to achieve the best version of themselves. I studied Sports and Coaching at Oxford Brookes University and opened my own gym, Priority 6 in 2013.
Working as a Personal Trainer I noticed that there is a great need for coaching. I discovered that by having insightful conversations I can not only improve the health of my clients, but their wellbeing too.
