As a coach I believe in helping and supporting others to reach their full potential and make the positive changes they desire. As a former transformational strategic leader and role model I have a wealth of experience in leadership at all levels. Coaching has been fundamental in my personal and career development. I am passionate about the role coaching has to play in making sustainable positive change for individuals and teams. I became a coach to help others realise and believe in their potential.
My role is to provide an engaging, positive, open environment and use a range of tools techniques and questions to stimulate thinking. I am a strong advocate of enabling the time and space to think to embark on a journey of self-discovery. I provide a supportive coaching environment whilst finding the right balance in offering challenge to assumptions and thinking. This enables individuals to find clarity, define the next steps in their personal development and overcome barriers to achieve the positive outcomes they desire.
Specialist areas of expertise include leading and delivering sustainable change, developing next generation leaders including first time and middle managers, building confidence and resilience to overcome perceptions and barriers, how to effectively manage competing demands and achieve personal wellbeing.
