Coach RosI am the Managing Director of CREW schools, a Schools Educational Workshop provider and Director of CREW training, a training and development consultancy supporting the leisure and attractions industry. Throughout my career I have worked with my teams to collectively build our confidence, creativity and abilities; navigating our way through 20 years of the many challenges small businesses and their teams face. We have always prided ourselves on our ability to adapt, innovate and create effective business models, projects, products and productions within the Education and Leisure sectors.
As a woman in business, with an MBA combined with communication, management, accountancy, mentoring, training and life skills, I know what challenging, difficult, different and yet exciting times we face ahead. I have seen the world change for women in business many times over my career, yet these current times are unprecedented and the key to success going forwards is to adapt, innovate and create. My own experiences of business ups and downs, from cash flow crisis to peaks of success and plenty have fortified my resolve and resilience with a belief not only in myself but in my teams and associates. We are all capable of so much, young, old, male, female, across all cultures and language barriers, once we open the right doors, stick a toe in and take the first steps. My experiences have formed the coaching philosophies and practices that I have often, informally used with my partners and colleagues over the years and this is why I am so excited about my training as an executive coach. Already I am seeing the rewards and results of facilitating the growth of individuals through coaching. By finding them the time and space to acknowledge their own abilities, harness their own resources and develop their confidence to adapt and innovate; we are able to discover their true potential together and begin to open the many doorways to personal success and career confidence… and it all starts with a cup of tea! |
