As a Business Psychologist at Clevry (The Soft Skills Company), I work with organisations to support their implementation and understanding of psychometric tools, with a mission to release the human superpowers within the workforce and enable success at work - whatever that may look like.
I am trained in the EQi 2.0, Hogan Assessments, Saville Wave, Clevry Personality Questionnaire, Trait Online and Risk Type Compass which I am able to utilise in my coaching to aid self-awareness and development in my clients. Psychometrics are brilliant tools to start or cushion a coaching conversation, although I am happy to push them aside in favour of client-led coaching, insightful questioning and providing a safe space to think and reflect. I am a strengths-based coach, influenced by evidence from the field of Positive Psychology and typically will draw from my psychology background to support my clients where relevant.
