I have over 25 years’ experience of working in the public, charity and not for profit sectors and most of my career has been at executive level.  I've  spent the last five years working as a Headhunter connecting people with the job of their dreams.  This led me to set up my own career consultancy company – Stowhill Consultancy (www.stowhill.co.uk)
Working independently gives me lots of opportunity to help people grow and become successful and fulfilled in their career.

I am intuitive and curious so my style is attentive and questioning. My clients tell me this approach enables them  to bottom out issues and help them gain valuable insights.  I am accredited to use the Saville Swift Occupational Ability Tool and Saville's Wave Occupational Personality both of which enable clients to self-assess their behaviour and their areas of strength.

One of the greatest benefits to my approach is increased insight and awareness, combined with renewed resolution.   I love it when people are clear about the next steps and have the confidence to take it!
