I am the Co-Founder of Circles, a fast growing, international, and award-winning FinTech business pioneering collaborative finance and revolutionising the way people save money. I am also the Co-Founder of #RideTheWave Professional Coach Training where I bring my experience as an accredited executive coach, coach educator and coach supervisor to deliver fresh and engaging coach training programmes to leaders and organisations around the world.  Prior to setting up Circles and #RideTheWave I held leadership positions at the University of Oxford and HSBC. 

I have been coaching for over 20 years and bring my experience as an entrepreneur, an executive coach, a sports scientist, and an experienced leader in large global organisations to my coaching practice. 

I have a passion for encouraging, motivating and challenging people, and love to energise and empower my clients through my coaching practice which I call “Executive Cheerleading”. I coach clients from a wide range of backgrounds to help them unleash their potential, to ignite their motivation, overcome challenges, make big career decisions, and perform at the highest level.  

My approach draws on a wide range of schools of thought including, sport science, neuroscience, somatic approaches, Gestalt, cognitive, transpersonal, positive and organisational psychology. 

As Co-Founder and Programme Director at #RideTheWave Professional Coach Training, I have designed many new coaching models which facilitate understanding and growth in my coaching clients. These reflect the challenges of the modern external environment and often use imagery and metaphor to help my clients generate new insights and solutions.
