My career to date has always centered around enabling people to be the best they can be and to fulfil their potential. My background is in psychology and I’m currently qualifying to become a chartered Occupational Psychologist. This is driven by my belief that everyone should and can find a career and a mission which brings them to life.
I am focusing my coaching efforts on helping charitable organisations and private businesses with social impact aims. I want to mobilise them and enable them to reach their goals. My business, The Coach for Good is all about empowering individuals and organisations with big ideas to move their mission forward. I want to make a positive difference and impact on a wider scale, and I figured there is probably no better way to do that than to coach others who share that drive and passion.
As well as coaching, I head up training at an EdTech startup, Fika, which is focused on bringing Mental Fitness into the mainstream and helping people to gain important life and career skills.
My coaching style tends to be strength-based and my approach is creative and dynamic and really encourages people to step back and reflect on where they want to be.
