I am passionate about people and supporting their growth and development. 

I currently hold the post of Assistant Director - Integration, Education and Innovation, and lead the diverse education and research service at the world-renowned Leicester Diabetes Centre. The role works in both the public and commercial sectors, drawing in grants, research, and education programmes that are delivered locally, nationally, and internationally.

My role encompasses leadership development, coaching, culture, engagement, and coaching is incorporated as part of all levels of leadership and management programmes.

In addition to this role, I work as a coach and trainer developing and delivering programmes for a range of organisations, including face to face and digital delivery globally.

A physiotherapist by background, I blend a far reaching and focused lens, having gained a depth and breadth of leadership, management, and organisational development experience. This combines to provide an expertise and passion for inspiring people to grow, develop, and reach their full potential, with a clear credible
outcome focus. Supporting and challenging people to maximise indvidual and collective performance is my drive. My core driving value is to “make a difference”.

The evolution of my style links alignment and congruence, the balance between confidence and humility, intuition and attention, with the desire to “get it in the muscle” for change and real-world application.

​My coaching blends empathetic listening, deep rapport, and powerful questions,  accompanied by a strong pragmatic application focused on the changes that people wish to make.
