I spent a large part of my professional career with Deloitte LLP, a global provider of professional services, where I was an Equity Partner for 18 years and held a number of senior leadership roles in which I was responsible for running significant parts of the firm's UK practice. I led the firm’s relationships with numerous global and UK clients, combining broad industry experience across Corporates, Financial Services and the Public Sector. Prior to Deloitte I worked for Arthur Andersen, BZW, HSBC, Standard Chartered and KPMG.
Development of people and teams has been at the heart of my career. I was Talent Partner for one of Deloitte’s UK business units and was responsible for sponsoring, coaching and mentoring partners and senior leadership across the organisation to build trust and facilitate personal and professional growth. I was lead partner for one of the firm’s key talent development processes, reshaping it under my leadership from a narrow assessment focus to one of broader, long-term development.
After leaving Deloitte in 2020 I completed the #RideTheWave qualification to become an Executive Coach and I now work with a variety of clients across sectors including professional services, financial services, media, technology and government. I specialise in enhancing performance and bringing about behavioural change in my coaching clients, preparing senior leaders for role changes, and helping their organisations to get the very best from them and to retain and develop their professional skills. My deep curiosity to learn more about the people I am coaching and their organisational situations means that I am able quickly to gain a strong appreciation of the challenges they are facing, and I bring a highly empathetic and constructive approach to helping them move forward.
