Coach Lucy 

Coaching has been at the heart of my own career development since the very beginning, having completed a BSc in International Business with French and becoming a Chartered Accountant. My finance background, working in both Big 4 and mid-size accountancy firms, has provided me with strongly rooted beliefs that the right coaching at the right time can be instrumental - not only in shaping a career but also in unlocking immeasurable potential that we may not even know we have. I seek to empower others to discover this potential for themselves and leverage it to their best possible ability. Supporting individuals in the early stages of their career or when making life-changing career decisions is something I am absolutely passionate about.
 
My role as a coach is shaped very much by strong emotional intelligence and an inquisitive and strategically focused mind. For me, it’s all about finding the right balance of being a wonderfully supportive and yet challenging coach. And when you strike that balance just right, incredible change can happen.
 
Everyone is unique, and although we may be working towards similar goals or navigating similar challenges, the way in which we get there is also entirely unique to us. Where it’s helpful, I enjoy using creative tools to encourage different ways of thinking and to bring another dynamic to a coaching conversation. I like to a hold a space for individuals that is safe and enables them to develop and grow in whatever way is best suited to them.
