Coach Leslie

As I kicked off my career, dabbling with the fast paced banking and financial industry - I always knew that I wanted to be a support for those that may have once come against challenges and/or barriers in getting from one stage to the next. Along the years I have had extensive conversations with many individuals surrounding dreams, goals and aspirations – with coaching sitting at the heart of how I support in breaking down some of the myths that once lived or opening up conversations that never happened.
 
Within my personal mission to create safe spaces for individuals to be their authentic self I co-founded an organisation that served the need for men to be able to have unconventional conversations. The organisation, theBuild, creates safe spaces for men to truly transition into a more aware and authentic space. Coaching has been paramount in allowing others to gain clarity and understanding for themselves and for others.
 
Primarily as a coach my role is to provide an open reflective space for clarity and understanding yet still - the ability to be challenged to be one's best self.
