I’ve coached senior leaders across more than 15 countries, spanning North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa - which has given me a globally attuned perspective that informs every aspect of my work.
With a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a strong foundation in People & Culture, I have a solid understanding of human systems, leadership psychology and organisational dynamics. My coaching supports leaders to navigate complexity, lead with clarity and build inclusive, high-performing cultures and teams - where people and purpose thrive.
