Coach Jon

I consider myself fortunate to have experienced many different countries and cultures, having lived in the UK, Spain, France and Australia. My professional background has encompassed the worlds of sports, data analysis, broadcasting, technology, travel and education. As a coach, I am more interested in the individual than the industry and enjoy working with professionals across a broad array of specialisms.

I enjoy providing a reflective space for people to overcome the common challenges associated with the overwhelming nature of the professional and personal world. One area I have developed a particular interest in is the change in perspective that parenthood brings and the conflicting priorities associated with navigating the career ladder at the same time as being a modern parent.

My coaching philosophy stems from the idea that the only person qualified to understand the challenges they face and the solutions they require is the person themselves. No-one else has the same experience and no-one else hears the thoughts that either hold you back or push you forward.

My role is a simple one, I listen and question to encourage reflection.
