Coach Dominic

The Founder of AceTute Learning, Dr Dominic Shellard, was educated at Dulwich College and the University of Oxford, where he received an MA in English and German and a DPhil in English Literature.

The author of 10 books, including Shakespeare: A Writer’s Life published by the British Library, he was the Head of the School of English and the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for External Affairs at the University of Sheffield, before being appointed the Vice-Chancellor of De Montfort University, where he served for 9 years prior to founding AceTute.

In 2013 Dominic was awarded the Gandhi Seva Medal by the United Nations NGO, the Gandhi Global Family, for services to social good projects in India and the UK and he has extensive experience of education in both countries.
Dominic is an Executive Coach accredited by the Association for Coaching. He is passionate about the power of coaching to facilitate the discovery by the client of resolutions to even the most intractable of challenges.
 
Empathetic, optimistic and supportive, Dominic has coached teachers in India, senior managers in the UK and executive clients in prestigious corporate organisations such as Deloitte, be it online or offline.
