I have been providing a coaching environment for both clients and employees throughout my career and I have both experienced and witnessed the immense benefits that it can bring, both in terms of career and personal growth.
I have a personal interest in working within the “not for profit” industry, linking back to my my MA in Human Rights and Social Change, and due to working my entire career within the social housing sector.
My coaching style is rooted in the belief that the role of the coach is to facilitate and create space to support perspective and provide a framework for finding solutions and setting goals. Through listening, coaching can encourage clarity of thinking- this is something that is often underestimated. We live in a world that is fast paced and leaves little space for reflection; this can be the missing piece of the puzzle that can help create positive change.
My coaching approach is not set in any one philosophy or school of thought because I strongly believe that my approach is guided by the individual I am working with. I am committed to supporting those I coach on their own personal journey to increased self-awareness, confidence and personal development.
