I’ve enjoyed a career in  value-added retailing and have held a number of Directorships in the footwear, agricultural and outdoor sectors, in growth, m&a and turnaround situations. I completed an MBA along the way and more recently a Post Graduate in Professional Executive Coaching.
 
Having benefited from executive coaching myself, I trained and accredited as an Executive Coach in order to expand my own leadership capabilities and to help others to succeed. I have a particular passion for coaching leaders and developing high performing teams, by helping individuals to think through and  find their path through circumstances and situations with the end in mind.
