I’m Yatin Mistry, an executive and empowerment coach supporting leaders to show up with clarity, courage and deep authenticity.

My coaching journey is rooted in over 15 years of experience across tech consulting, entrepreneurship and leadership. Before coaching, I worked at senior levels as an Agile IT consultant, partnering with organisations like the Home Office, BAE Systems and Monitise. I now combine that strategic rigour with a human-centred approach that helps clients navigate complexity and lead with integrity.

Accredited by the Association for Coaching and a graduate of the Ride The Wave programme, I also draw from training in NLP, mindfulness and spiritual psychology. My coaching is informed by models of emotional intelligence, solution-focused thinking and value-based leadership, but what clients most often say is that I help them “re-see” themselves and their situations in powerful new ways.

As Chair of a national LGBTQ+ charity and an advocate for intersectional inclusion, I’m passionate about supporting clients from all backgrounds to lead with purpose. I work especially well with those navigating cultural or personal crossroads: clients who are ready to take bold steps but want a coach who can hold the weight of their story with empathy and strength.

My style blends gentle challenge with deep respect. I believe transformation isn’t about fixing what’s broken but revealing what’s already true. And I’m here to walk alongside clients as they shift perspective, step into their potential, and lead not just with performance, but with presence.
