Professional supervision is a time and space to reflect on coaching work. The purpose of the supervision is to gain objectivity and perspective, particularly in complex or difficult situations. It allows the Coach to be sure they are using best practice, as well as being effective role models. It is also an opportunity to gain support in the form of ideas, information and suggestions from a supervisor.

Open Group Supervision
#RideTheWave runs open group supervision sessions on a regular basis which a member of the faculty takes a turn in joining, to expand thinking and perspective. They then take the extra insights back to the faculty in the form of a mini internal CPD session, whilst getting supervision for themselves when they attend.
