I have been coaching since the early 1990s, beginning with my corporate roles in L&D, HR and as a successful operational manager. Since 2005, I have been a full-time external Trainer, Consultant and Executive Coach working with a wide variety of clients. I am Co-Founder & Co-Director of #RideTheWave, an accredited Global Professional Coach Training Programme. I specialise in bringing about behavioural change at both the individual and at the organisational level to maximise performance and results. I provide senior leadership teams with team coaching and external facilitation support to help them develop their strategic thinking and to operate effectively as a team. My coaching allows individuals and teams to overcome obstacles to improved performance, such as handling difficult and challenging relationships; building self-confidence; dealing with stress and work-life balance; gaining new perspectives; and importantly the time to think and decide on alternative approaches. The organisation benefits from developing and retaining talented individuals who can perform at a higher level; by developing resilience and avoiding the business interruption associated with absenteeism and inter-personal difficulties; by developing innovative and strategic thought; and enabling individuals to deal effectively with organisational change. I have coached and trained all levels of employee, ranging from CEOs and their senior leadership teams; technical and subject specialists; professional services consultants; and people managers across many industries. I deliver coach training to develop the capabilities of line managers and key personnel within industries wishing to enhance business performance through employee development and increased engagement. As Co-Founder and Programme Director at #RideTheWave Professional Coach Training, I have designed many new coaching models which facilitate understanding and growth in my coaching clients.
