Prior to building my Leadership development and coaching career I had a successful career in management in sales and marketing. I have led high performing teams to national recognition and understand what it takes to achieve success in a competitive environment. My commercial and financial experience leaves me well placed to translate leadership theory into results on the bottom line for a business.
