I’m an accredited coach, leadership advisor, and former institutional reform leader with a global career spanning four continents. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across government, business, and justice systems — building bridges between sectors to enable bold, lasting transformation. Now based in London, I bring that same energy and perspective to my coaching practice, working with leaders who are ready to step into their next chapter with clarity and purpose.
My coaching specialisms include leadership development, performance under pressure, career and life transitions, wellbeing, and reconnecting with purpose — grounded in the Japanese philosophy of ikigai. I work with founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and politically exposed individuals who are navigating complexity, growth, or renewal. My clients value my calm insight, cultural fluency, and ability to hold both challenge and empathy in equal measure. I draw on a multidisciplinary background — including strategy, governance, human development, and global leadership — to help clients reflect, realign, and move forward with impact. I believe deeply in coaching as a space for truth, clarity, and sustainable transformation. Before becoming a coach, I led the establishment of the Lagos Court of Arbitration — a flagship commercial justice initiative designed to strengthen Nigeria’s investment climate. I also founded a strategy consultancy advising public and private sector clients across energy, infrastructure, and finance, and co-created a women-led enterprise network that empowered over 5,000 women across Nigeria.
